Reserve Your Car

1. The deposit is fully refundable if bank financing is denied or not approved.
2. You must provide valid identification documents (National ID, Passport, or Driver's License).
3. Additional documents may be requested for financing verification (Payslip, Bank Statements, KRA Pin).
4. The reservation fee will hold the unit for 48 hours for cash purchase, or until we secure bank financing.
5. The price listed excludes insurance, tracking, transfer and bank processing fees for financing clients.
6. Transfer of ownership will be processed upon full payment or when the financier requests.
7. Gybird Motors reserves the right to reject any reservation without providing reasons.
8. For bank financing, processing time may vary (typically 3-9 business days).
9. By submitting this reservation, you agree to be contacted by our sales team via phone, SMS, or email.
10. The reservation deposit is KES 50,000 (non-negotiable).
11. The deposit is non-refundable if you secure bank financing but choose to purchase elsewhere or withdraw after approval.
